Develop and ensure implementation of a human resource plan, policies and procedures that support organizational values and objectives and provide management with the required infrastructure to direct, motivate, and retain talents.
Develop and monitor effectiveness of Training & Development program
Develop and monitor the effectiveness of performance HR program and integrate with staff retention strategies, recruitment and training activity.
Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and incentive programs.
Develop and implement recruiting activities suited to each department's need. Establish close working relationships with outside recruiting sources such as agencies, universities and professional organizations.
Ensure pro-active employee relations strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees.
Advise a different slant to the view of the business matters while ensuring compliance to company / local labor laws.
Manage the process of recruitment and selection of suitable internal & external candidates; ensure integration and efficient on-boarding of new employees
Set up relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines for the workshop.
