Job Description

  • Plan, implement & develop company-wide strategies for recruitment, orientation, training, promotion, incentive & motivation;
  • Carry on an effective recruitment strategy that attracts and selects the right person for the right position;
  • Conduct orientation program for new employees & all staffs;
  • Coordinate with Area Op. Manager to propose and organize suitable and effective training programs for all store managers and staffs;
  • Conduct training needs analysis;
  • Train Teamwork, Team Building, Problem-solving & People Management for Managers and staffs of outlets;
  • Review and rewrive Company Regulation in accordance with Labor Law & outlets’ business requirements;
  • Prepare & update Organization Chart & JDs to match company & stores’ manpower requirements;
  • Build up & conduct KPIs system to ensure the target of the company;
  • Draft & develop Recruitment, Training, Promotion & Appraisal processes;
  • Design and manage, facilitate and direct the annual performance development process ;
  • Provide timely and professional advice to the management in Labor Codes & all aspects of HR management;
  • Handle employee relation matters such as labor contract, discipline, dismissal, resignation, termination etc ..;
  • Supervise and manage the performance of Human Resources Team;
  • All employees' personnel files are updated in the latest employee database ;
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly HR report to be submitted on time to GM & Regional HR;
  • Make good relationship with Authorities, Police Fire, Local Food Hygiene & Safety Dept.;
  • Manage the operations by visiting outlets weekly & listen to & solve complains of staffs.
  • Manage staff insurance policies such as SI, HI, UI, Workmen Compensation, medical insurance;
  • Control an effective and accurate payroll system;
  • Buid up & update salary scale & bonus policy to ensure that they attract employees & control salary budget;
  • Accountable for delivery of HR strategic objectives, to facilitate the embedding of leadership, culture & talent strategies and its execution in assigned departments, to enable functions to their own people agenda, including talent & performance management, organizational development & change management, compensation & benefits, employee relations.
