  • Collaborate with the company's Business Process Management Director to create clear and transparent KPIs for Office and Factory employees
  • Set up clear and scheduled trainings for Office and Factory employees. To collaborate with Business Process Management Director as well
  • Gather information and provide suggestions on improvements and changes that need to be made for company’s HR management policies
  • Spearhead changes for Safety team that is under HR department, including management of Firefighting team, Environment Safety team and Labour Safety team
  • Other jobs that are relevant to the role as well as other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors
  • This person will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Suitable degree such as HR management
  • Language: This person must be able to speak good English
  • Location: Trang Bom, Dong Nai
  • Salary: VND 25-28 million/month
  • Gender: Preferably male, but open to female
  • Age/experience: >30 years old with minimum 2-3 years of experience as HR Supervisor or Manager, with experience managing people in the factory environment
  • Personality traits: Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, realistic, optimistic
