  • Play the key roles in building & realizing the company’s HR-related strategies & plans including C&B, recruitment, engagement, compliance, talent development & retention,..
  • Giving specific advice & recommendation to BOD on building KPIs for specific department & positions
  • Directs and oversees all admin related activities including security, preventative and properties management, ensuring office supplies and transportation.
  • Be responsible for managing files and records for profiles of partners/stakeholders
  • Manages the human resources budget preparation for the Company, and reviews human resources plans
  • Manages the human resources department to work with outside employment agencies to fill vacant positions.
  • Monitors the compensation and benefits data of the Company.
  • Participates in the full cycle of the recruitment process, from interviews, selections and recruitments, onboarding of employees to fill vacant positions at the Company
  • Manages & follow the new employee orientation
  • Ensures that the Company’s HR policies, rules, regulations and procedures are in line with the Labor Law as well as the company’s business strategy.
  • Recruit, train, manage and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve & exceed their personal target & performance.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • support expatriate employees with procedures required by labor law and regulations.
