Job Responsibilities
- Leading the Human Resources functions, including recruitment, assessment, staff training, design & implementation of performance evaluation mechanism & reward system, payroll administration, employee relations and other related HR duties such as working visa application & renewal etc;
- Develop and implement various Human Resources Management Programs to support continued development and management in HR framework;
- Manage regular review in HR areas and make necessary adjustments with follow up action for results;
- Lead the administrative team to provide supports;
- Assist in any ad hoc management projects as required.
The ideal candidate should have
- Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / or related disciplines is preferable
- At least 10 year solid working experience in human resources area with not less than 5 years in managerial position in labor intensive industry
- Mature, independent, pro-active, detail-minded, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills, problems solution skills etc
- Well-versed in the Vietnam Employment laws and the related rules & regulations
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
