Requirement

• Around 35-45, either male or female
• Have at least 5 years experience as HR Manager (& Admin) with MNC or Foreign owned company, in manufacturing industry, preferably in shipyard or fabrication yard of more than 500.
• Perfect communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
• Degree in Law or Business Administration
• Well verse with Vietnam Labour Law
• Good knowledge and experience in formulation of HR and Admin Policies and Procedures, Assist HOD in setting up KPI, Lead and manage performance evaluation, Budgeting for HR and ADM activities
• Able to organize parties and functions for staff bonding activities
• Deal with authorities on various matters
• Personality – integrity, mature, willing to take initiative, cost-conscientious, honesty
