Position: Headhunter Assistant Intern

Report to: Personal Assistant of General Director

 

I/ Job Description:

- Discover and develop channels to build candidates' databases.

- Find new candidates & establish relationships with candidates bases on the required criteria.

- Evaluate candidates' qualifications by discussing experience and job requirements via telesales interviewing.

- Update data onto our system by inputting clients' profiles, jobs, candidates' profiles, and formating CVs. 

- Follow up with clients and candidates until the deal is closed.

- Weekly report on qualified candidates searched.

 

II/ Working time & location:

- Starting day: March 2021.

- Time: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday).

- Duration: at least 3 months.

- Location: Tuildonai building, 1st Floor, 119 Dien Bien Phu St, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.

 

III/ Requirements:

- 3rd-year or last-year student with the orientation of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultant, Headhunter,...

- Good at English (especially in reading & writing).

- Good at analytical, researching, and time management skills.

 

IV/ Benefits:
