Job Description:

  • In charge of building growth momentum through employer partnerships in target industries and contribute to a high performing B2B sales team.
  • Source, plan, evaluate and assess impact of potential opportunities with prospective employer partners
  • Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partnership success and support
  • Ensures overall sales target and operating profit through effective leadership and management
  • Establishes and implements business strategies that will help in attaining short term and long term business objectives
  • Develops annual business plan and ensures periodically progress of performance on track
  • Develops organizational capabilities and peoples’ competence to meet market demand and compete in the market place
  • Closely collaborates with headquarter in terms of operational planning and business development
  • Develops new market and product opportunities which enables company to grow in short term and long term
  • Explores new partners to expand market coverage and improve operating profit
  • Manages distributors and partners by reviewing and/or revising contracts

Requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experience of Sales Director position
  • Experienced in B2B business development in FMCG, Agriculture products, especially sales raw materials into large bakery chains or manufacturing enterprises.
  • Excellent at building relationships with mid to large companies
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English and good at technology skills
  • Energetic, adventurous, gritty with passion for sales and for building trusted relationship
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
