Job Description:

OVERVIEW:

  • Provide overall strategic development plan and visionary direction for the residential real estate while developing new markets and building a strong business unit

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set Strategic Goals, Objectives, Budgets, Policies, and Procedures

  • Responsible for end-to-end accountability of all performed within the Residential unit and related subsidiaries
  • Create a business plan that generates long-term values

2. Drive the Implementation Of Strategy

  • Oversee overall development of residential projects
  • Manage a portfolio of residential developments
  • Ensure smooth operations of each project from design, planning, legal, construction, project development, etc. to property management

3. Conduct Strategic Review Of Performance on a regular basis

  • Assess & monitor the performance of each project in the portfolios within the Residential unit
  • Evaluate whether the residential unit is on-track to deliver short & long-term objectives

4. Act as Principal Public Relations Officer of the company

  • Represent the company in the interaction with large customers, government entities, financial communities, and the public

5. Collaborate with other units

  • Ensure the Company’s standards and compliance are being followed
  • Work closely with other business and functional units to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives across the group level

6. Build a High-Performing Unit

  • Instill a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Coach, develop, motivate, and provide growth opportunities for employees within the Residential unit

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS REQUIRED

Experiences / Qualifications

  • At least 15 years in real estate development and management in general management roles. Having a long tenure with a top tier developer is a plus
  • At least 10 years in residential project management. Experience in investment or fund management is a plus
  • Knowledgeable of the real estate industry, residential property development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Construction, and/or Engineering. A Master's degree in business or related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency in English
