Oversee and manage operations of Relationship Manager department
Ensure appropriate allocation of clients to RMs and good client management by RMs
Ensure smooth cooperation between RMs and other departments (e.g. CM, Advisory, Transaction Services)
Develop and expand client network
Maintain good relationship with local regulator (SBV, MOF, stock exchanges)
Maintain relationship with internal departments (e.g. ALM, RM, SME, LC banks, etc)
Approve clients for KYC process (in the future, this role may be passed to risk team)
Monitor performance of teams
Monitor KPIs and targets
Ensure employees are adequately empowered via training
Member of PMO and reports to Head of Financial Institution Banking
