- Leadership: as this guy will lead a big team (apx 30 staffs) , thus we need someone who strong and very good at leadership.
- We require influencing communication and problem solving for sure
- To down-line, we expect s/he can coach, motivate and inspire the team working beyond what's requested.
- Bachelor or higher degree.
- Good at English ( all skills)
- Experience in similar role and industry: prefer fast food, supermarket, insurance , consulting industry.
