Customer Service Oriented:

 Ability to learn

 

  • Leadership: as this guy will lead a big team (apx 30 staffs) , thus we need someone who strong and very good at leadership.
  • We require influencing communication and problem solving for sure
  • To down-line, we expect s/he can coach, motivate and inspire the team working beyond what's requested.

 

  Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or higher degree.
  • Good at English ( all skills)
  • Experience in similar role and industry: prefer fast food, supermarket, insurance , consulting industry.
