- Responsible in ensuring to meet Company’s objectives and managing effectively the day to day operational execution and training together with the Store Manager(s) and Crew (store staff). The successful candidate will have to drive to achieve the financial targets of the store(s) based on established KPI’s.
- He / she will also be responsible to sustain at all times the Customer Service Culture in his / her assigned store(s).
- Reporting to the Business Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the company’s objectives as a whole and expected to respect and practice the company work culture.
- Minimum 2 year experience in retail or equivalent in terms of experience & background;
- Minimum 3 year experience in supervisorial level;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in managing multiple stores or outlets is an advantage.
