Job Purpose:
Our client is looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Security who will be responsible to take over the infrastructure, services delivery and security oversight. They need a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working with the team to achieve goals, eliminate security risks and increase user satisfaction. They look for people who are passionate about the architecture of information system, possess a real passion for continuous growth, and a burning curiosity for what’s next.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Be responsible for overseeing all infrastructure, system, security aspects of a top e-commerce company and eads all aspects of the company’s infrastructure strategy.        
• Direct the effective delivery of networks, security, infrastructure and end user systems of a huge traffic e-commerce/fintech company.
• Lead & manage teams like network, system, dba, security.
• Work closely with management, external vendors and advisors
• Prepare financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital and operational projects
• Responsible for designing a long-term architecture for a very fast growth rate.
• Responsible for implementing a high availability infrastructure.
• Responsible for designing and implementing a cyber-attack defender.

What are we looking for from you?

• BS in related field and at least 7 years’ experience in IT management with 3 years in Head of Infrastructure
• Have been taken the same role with a internet company having million users
• Strong experience about network, system & security.
• Have certificates like CCIE, CEH, CISSP are in advantage
• Strong experience with private cloud, DevOps, automation...
• Strong experience about network security, application security, cyber-attack defending.
• Ability to study and implement new technolygies into system and infrastructure.
• Ability to coach and develop team.
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate staffs.   
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
• Strong writing and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have:

• International graduation is preferred
• Experience with ecommerce platform are preferred
• Open to: Overseas Vietnamese
