Develop strategic objectives and business plan of the branch in each
period, each year on the basis of business tasks assigned by the Company, in
accordance with the development strategy, business oriented tasks of the
Company. Make the detail plan monthly and quarterly. Include the implement
customer strategies.
Organization and administration of business operations at the branch by
branch functions, the business plan has been approved by the Company and to the
extent authorized by the Head of Brokerage Division to ensure the business
targets by the Company to the branch. Try to accomplish the Target.
Develop policies, procedures, forms and professional guidance relating to
the operation of the branch in accordance with the general regulations of the
company.
Monitoring the implementation of rules and regulations, business process
prescribed by law, the Company, to ensure the safety of materials, assets,
capital, people and take responsibility for results of branch.
Co-Work with Marketing/Planning Department to develop the products and
services and monitor the Competitor’s. Give the opinions and Guidelines of New
products and services. Report the result and customer’s comments.
Report of the Company and the authorities on the results of operations of
the branch by month, quarter, year, and is responsible for the accuracy and
legality of information and data were reported.
Subject to the inspection and supervision of the competent state bodies
and companies. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships, trust for the
benefit of customers and the company. Sign the report, written documents,
contracts and transactions of the branch designated by the Company.
Recruitment of staff for the branch in accordance with the employment of
the Company and the Head of Brokerage Division of the decision. Make a plan for
Training and additional Personnel for Branch. Train the brokers about product
knowledge and skill for the customer approach.
JOB requirement
Graduated from college / university system of government, the University:
National Economic and Foreign Trade, Institute of Finance, Banking Institute,
the largest university in foreign countries.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in Securities industry
(Minimum Head of Branch
experience 2 years and Minimum Broker experience 4 years)
Age :
33 ~ 45
Having
the Securities practice certificates issued by the State Securities Commission.
Within
3 Months, Recruit 3 Teams(Total 9 Brokers)
Within
2 Months, Bring the 20 customers(His/Her Own customer)
A deep/broad knowledge of general/financial management capacity and
activities of the operating Branch, organizational capacity to implement the
policies of the Party and the law of State.
Having a sense of responsibility, creativity at work, dedicated to the
work; work under pressure and long-term commitment to the Company.
Ability to build good relationships with colleagues, managers and
customers.
Good English communication and MS office Proficiency.
