Summary
This leading Company is looking for a Finance Director to control and oversee all financial aspects of the company's strategy as well as to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Vietnam Country Manager, with reporting lines to the group’s Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and present monthly financial reports in an accurate as well as timely manner
• Review all financial plans and budgets
• Manage organisational cash flow and forecasting
• Improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual
• Oversee overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters including audit systems
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors
• Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for usage with internal management and external parties
• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning as well as structure
• Manage the re-charging of shared services to the appropriate business units

Key requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA will be advantage
• At least 10 years experience in accounting & finance (Financial Model,Project Finance Funding, Feasibilty Study,), direct experience in power and energy business, public or listed company
• Liaise with the bank and have experience in business loan 
• Strong knowledge of risk management
• Good command of English and computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office applications, international including local accounting systems as well as software)
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
• CPA certification is an advantage
