Be responsible for Internal Operational Management throughout the organization
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures across the organization
• Analyze operating expenses of individual office / department to improve the profitability and efficiency
• Be responsible for Human Resource Management and recruitment
• Setting targets for the senior management to build a high performance culture, retain high achievers and to review non performers

Requirement

Corporate Management Experience
• Finance background
• English native speakers (Australian, British, American are more preferable)
