Position : Financial Controller
Reporting : Director
Location : Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day work of the Accounting staff
• Take charge and coordinate with the audit committee on all matters, execution of resolution,
planning of agenda, submission of papers, taking of minutes etc.
• Communicate with shareholders' Finance departments on financial matters
• Plan, coordinate and execute annual financial audits, and ensure the timely preparation of
consolidated financial statements for the Group and that it complies with Vietnam GAAP and IFRS
• Lead the company's annual budget and submit to the Board for approval
• Monitor and analyze budget utilization, and report to management on a quarterly basis
• Improve and ensure compliance of financial processes with internal control system
• Any additional tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Director
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting or cost management
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in managerial position
• Possess the requisite knowledge in finance, analytical skills, interpersonal and communication
skills to be a business partner with operational departments
