Job Summary:

• Maintain, improve and compile Accounting Procedures so as to make sure Accounting operations are systematically adhered to the certain hierarchies
• Ensure w smooth operation in accounting department especially for areas: Sales accounting/ Tax & Treasury
• Ensure the accuracy, deadline respect for internal & external reporting.
• Ensure a full compliance with Group guideline, IFRS, VAS for related areas
• Assist in built up business analysis report
• Set up budget control/ prepare yearly budget, Mid-term plan for rolling forecast (if any)
• Contribute to the Company’s strategy, target and goal
• Other task designated by Ex. Manager and Director

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage sales accounting activities (sales, credit control, sale VAT, promotion)
• Handle and manage tax (CIT/PIT/VAT/FCT…)
• Handle and manage investment and treasury (bank/cash/deposit)
• Coordinate month-end closing (report related Sales/FA/Tax/bank/cash)
• Handle and manage accounting (budget/business analysis report)

Requirement:

• Good at English
• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) MS Dynamic Navision and ERP systems is advantage
• Good in Accounting management/Tax/Fixed assets/Sales accounting
• Good at communication
• Strong leadership
• Good management & Planning skills
• Reliability, commitment, positive working attitudes and team work
• Totally 10 years working experience in Financial & Accounting; including 5 years at the same or similar position; preferably experience in multinational and big size company
