Work with procurement, HR and setup department to set up a system to control and monitor operating cost.
Handle all accounting records
Analyse finance of company and generate reports to assist business decision making of each BU
Assist new projects in finance aspect.
Generating financial projections based on business data and expectations
Review accounting and finance reports of subsidiaries upon management request
Work with external auditors and tax offices to ensure compliance with local regulatory
Responsible for monthly and yearly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls payment schedule from clients and payment schedule to vendors.
Review the standard of operation procedure for Accounting team
Set-up accounting and finance system to separate P&L for each business unit.
Control and manage cash flow
Work with other departments control cost.
Work with HR department to build KPI system and salary scheme for sale team.
Other tasks as assigned by CFO
