DUTIES

Accounting:

• All financial procedures and records
• Relationship with tax authorities
• Standard Monthly reports
  
• Control customer credit and collect past due receivables
• Ensure proper internal controls
• Accurate and up-to-date register of all company assets
• Ensure company finance and accounting policies are followed by all departments, subsidiaries and related companies
• Personally manage the payroll of designated expatriate staffs
• Settle disputes with suppliers and customers

Finance:

• Proactively assist the GD and CEO to monitor the Company’s financial health, meet all financial targets, and comply with all loan covenants
• Standard Quarterly reports
  
• Standard Annual reports
• Annual Budget (next year’s budget before December 1st of current year)
• Manage relationships with banks and auditor
• Ensure proper insurance coverage and records
• Train and set career plans for all Finance Department staffs

IT:

• Assess the company’s total needs
• Research alternative enterprise solutions and select the best
• Implement complete roll out

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Full responsibility for an enterprise software solution (multiple companies, divisions, currencies, locations)
• Experienced as Financial Controller or Chief Accountant level in a foreign enterprise, hotel or hospitality preferred.
• University degree in Finance (i.e., more than accounting)
• University or post graduate qualification in business management or Finance
