• Working Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
• Preferably from the paint and coating / chemical industry;
• Possess knowledge on the overall end to end Supply Chain operations in the factory;
• Experience in managing or handling government regulatory agencies such as Health, Environment, Safety, factory/manufacturing and logistics licensing, etc;
• Knowledge and experience in implementation of 6S, cost savings and lean continuous improvement projects or initiatives in the factory;
• Proven ability to communicate well in English with superior and good inter-personal skills;
• Proven ability to engage and work with all the functions including R&D, Finance, Sales, etc.
• Proven maturity, motivated and able to provide long-term vision, strategies and objectives in leading the team.
