The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team preferably from Rice Processing Industry. They should be able to analyse each step of the manufacturing/Production process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills
• leadership Ability- To lead whole plant team
• Ability to communicate fluently with the top management
• Strong capability of assessing issues beforehand and be prepared
• Good language learning skills. Fluency in 3 or more languages will be preferred
