• Assist Plant Manager to arrange production, control quality, gurantee delivery time and complete KPI index
• Assist Plant Manager to use and develop human resource rationally and maintain the relationship with staff
• Assit Plant Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
• Assist Plant Manager to plan and implement EHS activities

Requirements:

• Type and area of study: Textile or related major
• Special trainings/authorisations: New textile technology, production planning and site management
• 4 years working experience in the textile industry, 8 years total working experience in industry
• Technical knowledge: Proficient in performance required of textiles, ability to understand modern textile fashion trends and have rich experience in site management
• Foreign language/s: fluent in speaking, writing, listening and reading English (Intermediate level)
• PC skills : Familiar with ERP software, MS office software 
• Skills, abilities, attitudes: Understanding of textile process technology, open minded attitude and flexible, Innovation and the ability to solve the problem.
