Manage all matters related Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and People Management.

HR Planning

  • Develop goals and targets that aligned with the company objectives
  • Planning to achieve the goals
  • Build up the structure of factory
  • Develop recruitment process
  • Prepare and control all the budgets effectively to achieve the best outcome and the effectiveness in cost management.
  1. Training & Development
  • Analyze & conduct training needs
  • Define rating standards & evaluate staff’s performance progress after training
  • Develops annual training plan, budget and cost analysis

Compensation & Benefit

  • Contribute to the development of compensation strategies
  • Provide CEO decisions about the compensation and benefit programs for employees
  • Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies for the organization
  • Conduct annual salary survey, job evaluation, annual remuneration structure review, salary review
  • Prepare and control the budget for remuneration
  • Develop policies and KPIs for whole factory

Labour Relation

  • Proactively recommends changes of employment practices/policies
  • Ensures all employment processes are readily accessible, communicated and understood by employees
  • Develop policies to maintain good working relationships for all units and maintaining corporate culture
  • Strengthen employee relations via intensive activities and events
  • Listen and attend to employees’ issues and bring these to CEO’s attention with solutions.
  1. Administration & Compliances
  • Assess the legality of economic contracts
  • Assign/compose all legal documents

HR Management

  • Develop, implement and update working system including HR policies and programs
  • Assess and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the working system
  • Do other tasks related to HR

*Job Requirement

  • Fluent in English, with good listened, written, read, and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • University degree in law, human resource, business administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experiences
  • Strong knowledge of corporate policies, focusing on HR policies, C&B, Performance Appraisal System and Corporate Social Responsibility)
  • Well organized, proactive with positive attitude; 
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
