Oversees,
directs, and coordinates the maintenance, construction, and care of grounds,
buildings, and building equipment.
Associated Job Duties
Manages the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Department
to ensure the establishment of health and safety policies and procedures which
will ensure compliance with company, customer, and government regulations
within any of the following functions: health and safety, industrial hygiene,
or environmental protection.
Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting
analysis and cost conscious management on facility and utility.
Facility management and maintenance including mechanical,
electrical, HVAC, environmental and janitorial disciplines.
Maintains the positive image of our facilities and grounds
for our customers, employees and stakeholders.
Establishes, maintains and improves our total productive
maintenance program for asset management centered on CMMS.
Project management execution in a cross functional
environment with multiple customers and direct conflicts.
Ensure to comply the Global system on EHS, ISO14001 and
OHSAS18001 and maintain it.

Education & Experience
Requirements
Good English at
writing, reading and communication.
Degree (4 or 5
years in universities).
Minimum of 5 years of
equivalent work experience.
Expertise in Word,
Excel, MS Project, Power point and AutoCAD.
