• Oversees Equipment Section for production equipment set-up, validation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to achieve cost effectiveness and meet pre-defined quality standards
• Offer trouble shooting support and take corrective actions in manufacturing plants to meet quality, costs, delivery and responsiveness requirements
• Closely work with other functional teams, including production, automation, research & development, quality assurance and sales & marketing, in order to drive through the product development plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills
• Good sense of accountability, integrity and result-oriented mentality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English (can speak Chinese is highly preferable)
