Job Description

• Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling whole Enginee rin Maintenance, Facility, Environment, Process budget and legal requirements Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the all projects/actions for Continuous improvement reducing Costs and improving Productivity
• Responsible for carrying out special assignment in compliance with government regulatory agencies, developing company health and safety police
• Planning employ plan to meet growth plan
• Responsible for budget preparation, implementation & control Analyzing quality data and trends to identify the problem, define scope, and set goal of the improvement projects;Planning for preventive corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant facility, machines and equipment supporting Production
• Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
• Support in energy saving project meeting law and policy of company Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level
• Monitor and control environment and regulation.
• Keep and control the efficiency of Plant facility
• Prepare, review,update environmental investigation and recommendation and reports Anticipate and address environmental problems, take corrective action accordingly
• Training & development of employees including coaching , transmitting knowledge &skills to team member Measuring the performance of the current process; Analyzing current performance to identify best practices and root causes

• Machines and equipment facility and its contents work properly, and comply with all Corporate and Local regulations.
• Meeting client ’s requirement, local law and regulation on environment Health, and Safe,
• Improve productivity assure quality and reduce costs
• Initiate/Conduct/Monitor improvement projects to achieve target with budget that must include follow up activities
