The Engineering Manager is required to use his skills and experiences from the previous projects to analyze the input data provided by Client with the suitable software for FEED and other matters of the project. The details of Project Deliverables are described .
The main responsibilities of the position are presented as follows, but not limited to:
Plan, organize and manage the work of the project team in an effective project engineering to ensure the work is accomplished consistent with Project requirements.
Apply engineering principles and techniques to the solution of engineering problems
Have experiences and skills to coach, supervise and motivate subordinate staff to ensure that the project team is available to provide quality products and on-time.
Being responsible and direct for all engineering discipline activities and deliverables;
Allocating the design activities to the disciplines;
Checking all clientâ€™s project design documents.
Coordinating with project management team;
Reviewing weekly and monthly progress reports;
Attending HAZOP meeting / peer review meeting and project engineering risk management workshop.
Attending meetings with CLIENT / THIRD PARTIES as required;
To assist client to complete project engineering procedures and training on job clientâ€™s engineers for these procedures;
Reporting to the Project Manager
