Job 224 Engineer (Facility)

In charge of preventive and corrective maintenance needs
Typically assure that the facility and its contents work properly ensuring non-stop Production, and comply with all Corporate and Local regulations.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance,
Keep and control the efficiency of Facility.
Inspect and keep detailed reports on all areas, hazards and the operation of facilities.
Support in energy saving project meeting law and policy of company.
Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level
Standardize skill of manpower
Troubleshoot technical problems for equipment and systems to quickly resolve any issues.
Facility and its contents work properly, and comply with all Corporate and Local regulations.
Initiate/Conduct/Monitor improvement projects to achieve targets within budget, that must include Follow up activity
Stricter Environment, Health, and Safety Requirements/Regulations
Hands-on is a must
Noise & heat working environment
BS degree in engineering, prefer from the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering.
years of experience: 2 years + experience
Experience working with fixtures, plumping, dryer, chiller, air compressor, DI water system, electrical, refrigeration and HVAC system
