1.Responsible for the Electroplating Process control including water treatment, check and maintain all physical parameter

2.Design and direct the testing or control of processing procedures.

3.Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions.

4.Handle trouble shooting in electroplating plant

1.Ensure output meeting delivery plan, improve productivity, assure quality and reduce costs

2.Initiate/Conduct/Monitor improvement projects to achieve targets within budget, that must include Follow up activity

-Continuous and relentless improvement

-Hands-on to involve process and production activity is a must.
