Job Description:

• Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies
• Doing analog block design and simulation
• Doing full chip integration and simulation
• Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design to verify post-layout circuit function

Requirements:

• 1+ year’s analog/memory design experience
• Understanding the operation of MOSFET and basic analog blocks
• Familiar with circuit design on Cadence tools
• Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology is preferred
• Some experience of layout is a definite advantage
• Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design is a definite advantage
• BSEE minimum, MSEE or Ph.D. EE
• Preferred good English communication
