Primary Purpose:

The Director of Production and Special Projects is a dynamic contributor responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects for company ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Lead the planning and implementation of projects including:

  • Consolidate and distribute calendars
  • Set process and execution of all steps for testing
  • Monitor and report performance
  • Investigating and developing new SP’s(Service Providers) and\or outsourcing vendors
  • On-boarding process for new Service SP’s and\or outsourcing vendors.
  • Spending analysis for budget planning
  • Collect, analyze and report project metrics
  • Liaison with Production Admin and P&L teams
  • Implement goals and initiatives, drive efficiencies and process improvements
  • Aligns cross-functionally on the execution of development and implementation of strategies to drive decision-making
  • Strategizes execution of team’s activities, ensuring consistency of process and quality of information
  • Develop and mentor department to build synergy internally and cross-functionally
  • Recognize, manage, cultivate and develop talent
