Managing recruitment section, training and coaching for 3 subordinates
- Supervising activities of recruitment / movement / promotion in alignment with the headcount and people cost approved budget.
- Self conducting the recruitment for senior positions
- Supervising the recruitment of lower positions
- Performing activities to build company image / brand name to labor market (Sponsor activities to universities / colleagues / vocational school, internship programs,…)
- Constantly contacting with head hunter network / labor agents to enrich the labors pipeline (online advertising and searching, outsourcing labors,…)
- Minimizing recruitment lead time and wrong selection rate (counting number of new employees
failed after probation) Processing headcount reports and functional reports related to recruitment,
turnover, workforce planning
- Good English
- Refer have HR role in F&B section.
