Manage commercial sales demand (order and forecast) in order to meet customer expectation as a first priority; but also balance with committed inventory value at continental level
Place orders with Suppliers on time as per the established lead time
Manage finished goods stock inventory:
Decrease discontinued stocks and slow moving stock level

Forecast Accuracy
Manage continent demand planning Team : Continent logistics coordinators and supply planners
Establish a strong link with Marketing Dpt. commercial channels and key accounts from each Market
Define and follow Sales & Supply plan. Anticipate stock according to limited production capacity
Follow supply plan attainment in collaboration with Business units and suppliers
Define and set up product allocation.
Follow and communicate Supply Chain key performance indicators
Support Country S&OP Process
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Fluent in Vietnamese/English
MS Office suite and SAP.
Basic understanding Supply Chain process (MRP II)
Team Management and leadership
Ability to convince and for networks. communication, negotiation.
Ability to analyze, sense of priorities, global vision, responsiveness.
