• Ensure harmonized projections for all Brands are distributed among vendors, monitor variance report on a regular basis and report the findings

•    Review and monitor vendor capacity report and work on necessary adjustments

•    Monitor vendor capacity and manage demand and supply stability.

•    Review and monitor order distribution based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills. Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure vendor/mills capacities are optimally used

•    Vendor interface for call out of harmonized projection

• Ensure all orders DDD are met as per agreed GNG, buy buckets, etc. Propose necessary mill adjustments based on risk and performance. Minimize duplication of prints.

•    Ensure capacity is secured for sudden demand, unplanned promotions etc. before releasing excess capacity.

• Analyze risks associated with orders/projections and work with mills for smooth execution. Propose necessary order/projection movements across mills as necessary
• Review commitment contracts
• Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the vendors and mills are well aware of the changes.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years related experience in following up time and actions
• Relevant capability in designated function
  • Development & Costing – costing, consumption, risk assessment, product development
  • Production Management – order and calendar management, factory management
  • Demand Planning – projection, capacity/loading planning
• Proven record in excellent leadership and people management skills
