Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development and implementation of sales strategies for Vietnam, focused on Drilling Services key product lines (Directional Drilling, Formation Evaluation – MWD/LWD and Coring).
  • Assist with the development of short and long range financial plans.
  • May oversee activities of a sales / commercial team.
  • Responsible for account management in country, working in conjunction with our Operations and Application Engineering team.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Geology or Business Discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years oilfield experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Directional Drilling (motor + RSS) and MWD / LWD systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English).
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
