Job Description:
  • Responsible for establishing and improving the customer service management system of customer maintenance and customer repayment reminder and designing the division of customer service seats according to business needs
  • Communicate and coordinate the customer service staff, determine the responsibility and responsibility of the customer service staff, sort out the data interaction and workflow with the customer service staff
  • Carry out quality management for customer service staff, establish and improve the reward and punishment mechanism, customer service staff performance, effectively reduce the complaint rate, effectively to improve repayment rate, rationally use and control customer
  • Coordinate the departments to solve difficult problems that need to be solved by some extreme customers

Requirements:

  • At least have 3 years in customer service manager position
  • At least leaded 100 to 200 customer service staff
  • Worked in bank or call center company will be the best
  • Fluent in English and mandarin is a plus
  • Strong communication skill
