Job Description:
  • Ability to understand the full scope of the entire supply chain to provide direction to internal and external teams. Manage the flow of day to day operations. Responsible for communicating on any problems and the resolutions to keep all stakeholders informed of activities and concerns.
  • Maintain high level knowledge of company/customer products and customer complexity, e.g. ordering patterns, rejections, shipment discrepancies, invoice inaccuracy, trends and promotions. Ability to provide analysis and identify root cause and provide corrective actions to cross functional teams.
  • Lead associates using performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage associate contribution and includes goal setting, feedback and performance development planning.
  • Ability to perform disciplinary action through documentation, coaching, monitoring both behaviors and performance in order to determine next appropriate steps.
  • Actively participate, facilitate and coordinate internal and external meetings working closely with cross functional teams to develop improved processes to serve customers' and business needs.
  • Establish and maintaining department processes and procedures and ensuring both department and company guidelines are adhered to.
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, and developing associates for personal growth opportunities.
  • Directly accountable for special projects assigned by management as they correlate to career development. Performs other related duties as assigned.
