Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and develop original concepts and modify concepts provided by clients for campaigns into scripts, storyboards, and mockup designs when required
Confer with production department heads/project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities
Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas
Train production staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work
Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts
Required skills:
Years of experience: 3 year(s)
Strong background and experience in design
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
Ability to translate marketing strategy into persuasive layouts, logos and packaging
Experience with Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator and other programs needed to achieve final result
Ability manage a project from concept through production, in multiple media, digital or paper based
Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
Able to work in the fast changing environment of digital marketing
Innovative and progressive
Solid understanding of branding, marketing, design, and usability fundamentals
Fluent English and/or French in technical Reading & Writing, good in listening & speaking
Energetic, pro-active and flexible attitude, good negotiation skill with the drive to succeed
Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
