- Will be assigned to the Block, performing the duties of an Electrical & Instrument Engineer.
- Enforce all company regulations and safety procedures to ensure high safety standard is maintained.
- Monitor performance of all facilities and equipment to achieve safe and efficient operation of platform facilities, utilities, safety and emergency equipment.
- Oversee Contractor electrical and instrument activities performed on the Block facilities
- Responsible for oversight of Contractor through the throughout field life.

- Coordination with and supervision of Contractor and third party maintenance personnel on work plan, monitor and assist in the activities to minimise or prevent disruption to platform operation during planned or unplanned electrical and instrument maintenance work.
- Technical Authority for all electrical and instrument activities
- Respond to emergencies as part of the Corporate Offshore Emergency Response Team. Carryout allresponsibilities, audits etc as required by the Corporate Safety Management System.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Control Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years working experience in offshore oil and gas industry.
- Understanding of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) study methodologies and Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Conversant with Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
