Requirement

 

Must be able to set up and lead a large  team of outdoor sales  executives / indoor support and showroom executives. Must be able to manage our major  principals  . Should have good negotiation skills to get the best deals from the principals .

Responsibilities would include the complete division P & L including  :

•      Preparation of  sales budgets and month wise sales plans

•      Setting up of the division , channels including projects and distribution segments

•      Monitoring of  customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts

•      New product developments

•      Analyzing sales statistics

•      Determining the profitability of existing products lines

•      Planning  new schemes for dealer market /  Determine discount rates or special pricing plans

•      Developing  plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits

•      Assigning  sales territories and setting  sales quotas

•      Planning  and coordinating  training programs for sales staff
