Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement the business strategy.
• Develop and implement annual business plans.
• Develop new business via acquisition of new key account customers.
• Manage existing and further develop the distributor network.
• Work on demanding customer projects and support customer problem solving.
• Ensure professional provision of technical support and after sales service.
• Conduct regular market analysis and monitor trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate internally with the Group’s technical and industry segment managers.
• Manage new product introduction process to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Technology.
• Exposure in welding industries and familiar with all the major welding processes.
• Extensive industrial sales experience is required, preferably in welding industry.
• Min 5 years of relevant managerial experience in all aspects of sales & marketing.
• Proven sales track record in a business to business environment.
• Customer-driven, result oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-driven and proven ability to meet targets.
• Conversant in both Vietnamese and English.
• Preferably possesses own vehicle.
