Job Description:

Will typically work with a group of Designers/ Technical Designers/ Sample developments/ Pattern makers in main then Merchandisers in case related.
Receipt sourcing requirements from Designers/ Technical designers.
Basing on material information or original samples for reference, can work with suppliers accordingly.
Sourcing fabrics/ trims quality and price as Designers or Customer requirements for costing making and sample development.
Provide to the sample development in general and sample coordinator about material supplier info (need fabric in main) to let them take fabric sample yardage for sample development. Or costing sourcing can work directly in main with them then pass info to sample coordinator.
In cases have relates to the production material, need to have cooperation with merchandisers.
Work with mills/ suppliers for quotation first or cross checking or estimate by self to have best cost for costing task.(This depend on the quality yourself to work in this task).
Submit sourcing quality/ price to the Director/ Asst office manager if any concerns or if have the requirements.
Work with pattern marker to provide them fabric and trim info (fabric width/ fabric way/ fabric quality)
Get fabric/ trim consumption to work for cost sheet.
Have knowledge to analysis about garment sewing processing then can give the best the CM price estimation for the cost sheet.
Have an overview to know costing process, analysis and compare the cost
Do costing LDP price in main (or FOB/DDP) by the fastest and best.
Report directly to the Asst office manager/ Director.
Need to follow Company systems, work, update, report accordingly.
