Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with Inventory supervisor to capture information on material & finished goods in warehouse.
- Cross check with Inventory supervisor between physical stock & booking stock.
- Be sure all BOM was issued on time in right mixture & punctually booking to accounting software
- Do the month reconcilement of inventory & make sure data of inventory in System timely and accurately.
- Support Management Accounting Executive to build up allocated method & allocated rate for overhead to each product or Cost centre.
- Check all material & FGs balance for month close
- Calculate WIP, Semifinished products & finished products value
- Check and make accruals of related costs for costing run
- Run monthly closing process for Costing module
- Prepare OR report after month-end closing
- Prepare daily/monthly stock report
- Proactive support the budget, finance plan preparation as required
- Ad hoc reports
- Report to Finance Manager, Management Accounting Executive
Requirements
- Graduated from College or University Finance, Accouting or Commercial Business.
- Experience: at least 4 years-working experience as materials & cost accountant
- Strong skill of Ms Office, knowing of Access and pivot table, macro of Excel is an advantage.
- Can profficently communicate in English (directly communicate with foreigners).
- Other skills: mail, present, analyze, report and control working time
