Job Purpose:
The main responsibilities are to control costing, budgeting, decision analyst and manage financial
activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop monthly Practical budget, weekly analyze cost performance. Combined with the Improvement/ Saving Project, develop Ideal budget in purpose of P&L target and standard costing.
• Monthly analyze financial position, includes variance analyze, summarize root causes and propose action plan for following months.
• Manage and develop standard costing for all process with variety operations and cost elements. Collaborate with other Department to have deep analysis for efficiency, cost performance and production achievement. Review the pricing of the confirmed orders and
• advise for the orders which price yet to quote.
• Modelling for company stimulation regard to different scenarios or analyze among investment options, figure out the most appropriate option supporting BOD make decision.
• Collaborate with other departments to have deep insight for issues, clarify the root causes, advise for further action plan and report to BOD.
• Periodic insight for the worker salary, identified the cases have outstanding or poor earning/ performance then ask department in charge do further investigate, check if any cheating, any mistake or have action with inefficiency workers.
• Connect main departments and cooperate with IT Department to build up Data Warehouse supporting report. Apply Business Intelligent tool to give deeper insight and timely report helping BOD make informed decision quickly.
• Reports directly to BoD

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting/Finance. MBA or ACCA, CPA certifications are
• preferred
• At least 3 year-experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
• Prefer experience in Audit company, Big 4 experience and CA certificate is a big plus.
• Have ability to multi-task and be proactive &  independent in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Experience in Business Intelligent tool such as Power BI is a plus. Experience in Business
