Job Description:

A. Business development

  • Create the strategic three-year midterm plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.
  • Coordinate execution and achievement of annual operations plan and budget
  • Assist CEO in conducting robust monthly hospital performance reviews on a regular basis
  • Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization
  • Create SOPs driven work culture to ensure compliance with company policies, audits and regulatory framework

B. Administration
1. Accounting/ Finance/ Procurement/ Pharmacy

  • Implement the control system within the unit
  • Control expenses
  • Approve the expenses before the final approval by CEO
  • Development and implementation of systems for reporting, measurement and supporting local revenue generation
  • Ensure on-time reporting Develop an accounting system that provides the organization with quick access to financial information and enables strategic budgeting.

2. HR

  • Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence
  • Talent pipeline development
  • Cultivate the values of company within the unit
  • Instill a human capital development and "coaching” culture within corporation; upgrade human resources functions including: training, development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance evaluation and recruiting.

3. IT

  • Analyze the current technology infrastructure and scope out the next level of information technology and financial systems that support the growth of specific programs and the organization overall
  • Support HIS development & implementation

4. Marketing

  • Identify, prioritize, & develop growth opportunities by geography, specialty/services, & sales channel/payor
  • Communicate the brand message internally and externally to establish a strong brand

5. Quality

  • Own and implement initiatives across the functional areas within the Hospital
  • Select and train staff for ensuring uniform high quality of customer facing processes
  • Review the work / deliverables of various Assets teams for completeness
  • Support in liaising with other internal stake holders on all matters related to
  • Lead the internal communication process
  • Facilitate performance management across all departments through use of a standardized cascade (scorecards at different levels) of metrics, tools and templates
  • Create the next generation of leaders inside HMC

6. Technical services

  • Put in place Repair & Maintenance schedule to ensure proper upkeep and minimize downtime of all appropriate medical, engineering, office equipments and buildings
  • Ensure appropriate valid preventive maintenance contracts are in place for key/high value assets
  • Ensure appropriate and adequate insurance cover is in place for all key/high value assets
  • Ensure safety and well-being of all key assets with an asset protection policies and systems

7. Customer Service

  • Patients satisfaction index
  • Customer service improvement

Requirements:

  • MBBS / MBA/MHA/ Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare management with 4 - 6 years’ experience in hospital operations / Medical Administration
  • Experience in Leading Hospital OS teams & Experience of administration
  • Knowledge for both the clinical and managerial dimensions, Analytical skill, Use of initiative and ability to work unsupervised, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, Confidence and ability to do jobs as appropriate, Able to work as part of a team & lead them from fore front.
