Responsibilitiesỏ

• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organisational vision and operational strategy;
•  Work together with the management  to  design and implement business strategies and plans
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Communication, HR, IT, etc.)
• Analyse internal operations and identify area of process enhancement
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Drive the company’s operating capabilities in an innovative environment
• Directly  report to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience as COO or other executive leadership position in tech-based companies; (preferred) working experience  in global tech-based corporates.
• Candidates with overseas working experiences or study will be highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge in emerging technologies and innovation trend
• Good understanding of business functions, especially Finance.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Experience in fundraising will be a plus
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
