PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
-Support the generation and dissemination of Consumer knowledge in order to facilitate the development if insights that lead to the development of new business opportunities and products.
-Actively conduct consumer information gathering and participate and run idea generation.
-Create concise project briefs for approval.
-Foster open attitude through regular presence in the organization and ensure constant and proactive communication of C.I work.
-Ensure proactive networking with other affiliates and PMI in order to create awareness for business principles within areas of responsibility.
-Run the 3-I-Workshops and drive the Innovation Targeting with business planning.
-Actively collaborate with brand group/project leaders throughout the process in order to identify brand specific needs for deeps consumer understanding and sales specific needs for deeper consumer information.
-Collaborate with new products team for the consumer insight activities and activate external resources from agencies.
-Serve as principal point of contact in in regards to Nielsen Retail Audit. Manage vendor to ensure quality output and audit methodology.
-College/ University Degree
-2 to 5 years experience
-Fluent in English and Microsoft Office toolsReports to: CI Manager
