Responsible for the overall supports on the Mechanic functions.

Job Requirements

1/ Education

-University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar field;

-Good at written and spoken English;

-Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Lotus Notes is an advantage;

-Technical skills: Understand Triumph machinery, attachment application and guidelines;

2. Experiences in Mechanic:

-Minimum 5 to 8 experienced years in Garment Manufacturing Industry, preferable in undergarment, with possess knowledge of:

·Mechanism of sewing machinery;

·Sewing Needle system;

·Sewing attachments / folders;

-Must understand sewing operations;

-Able to be a trainer for mechanical training;

3. Skills

-Possess strong leadership and good organizational skill with rational knowledge to manage team;

-Able to cope with deadlines and under high pressure;

-Able to seek continuous improvement;

Strategic thinking, good analytical and problem solving skills
