ACTIVITIES:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization, as well as the Management Reporting and Audit teams.
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Flexibility to travel domestically if/when required.

 

COMPETENCIES

• Master and expert in controlling and budgeting process. Knowledge of accounting and VAS are highly recommended.
• Experience in accounting systems (SAP FI-CO, Oracle…).
• Experience in Business Intelligence solutions will bring added value to the candidature.
• Strong communication, sense of initiative, and presentation skills. Ability on organization, leadership and change management.
• Ability to work under high pressure, with extended working time.
• Experience within the retail environment would be preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : MBA or similar Master in Finance
• Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in, including at least 10 years in an international company.
• Language: Proficiency in English, Vietnamese is an advantage
• Computers skills : Proficiency in MS Office software, accounting and consolidation software (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion…)
